Refund policy
As it is a digital product , and in accordance with current European regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the eSIM has been delivered , since the service begins immediately after purchase.
However, we do offer refunds in the following cases:
-You have not received the eSIM due to a technical error on our part.
-Your device is not compatible with eSIM and you have not installed or activated it .
-There is a demonstrable technical problem that prevents the use of the service and is not dependent on the user.
No refunds are issued when:
-The device is not compatible with eSIM.
-The eSIM has been installed, activated or used, totally or partially.
-The problem is due to an error during installation.
-This is a change of mind after the purchase.
