The service is digital and is delivered immediately after purchase.

3. User Requirements

It is the user's responsibility to verify that their device is compatible with eSIM before making a purchase. Evasim is not responsible for device incompatibilities.

4. Activation and use

The eSIM is activated by following the instructions sent by email.
Data consumption, speed, and coverage depend on the local operators available in each destination.

5. Prices and payments

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is made through secure payment platforms enabled on the website.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not accepted once the eSIM has been delivered or activated, except in cases of technical failure attributable to Evasim.

If the eSIM has not been installed or used, the user can request a review of the case by contacting support.

7. Limitation of liability

Evasim will not be responsible for service interruptions caused by third parties, local operators, force majeure, or misuse by the user.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, brand, logo) is the property of Evasim and may not be used without authorization.
