Configure the APN on iOS and Android

If you still don't have a connection, check your APN (Access Point Name) settings. It's likely your APN wasn't configured automatically. Evasim eSIMs come with the APN already set, but if you want to improve your connection, we'll explain how to manually change the APN settings on an Android phone. From the home screen, tap the Menu button.
In your phone's settings, select "Wireless & networks".
Tap the "Mobile networks" option.
Scroll down and tap "Access Point Name or APN".
Tap the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
Press "New APN" and enter the APN data
Once you have done this, tap the "Save" option in the upper right corner of the screen.

How do I edit the APN settings on my Evasim eSIM?
Follow the steps below to edit the APN settings on your mobile device.


On Android devices:
Go to Settings
More / Network and Internet / Connections
Mobile Networks
Access Point Names
Create a new APN profile as follows:
APN name: plus or internet.keepgo.com
Username and password: leave blank.

6. Check if the authentication type is set to NONE and if the Internet protocol is set to IPv4 only. APN type: default only; all other fields should be blank or unconfigured.

On iOS devices
You can edit the APN manually:
Go to Settings
Mobile Data
Mobile Data Options
Mobile Network
Create a new APN profile as follows:
APN name: plus or internet.keepgo.com
Username and password: leave blank.

6. Next, go to Settings > Mobile Data > Enable Data Roaming*
